Serpha Online Pharmacy is an online independent pharmacy where you can obtain all the medication you need for your IVF treatment. They are well aware of all fertility treatments and which medications are prescribed by doctors. You can safely upload your prescriptions on the Serpha website serpha.eu and the pharmacist assistant prepares your shopping cart according to the prescriptions. You can also add other product that can be bought without prescription. Serpha supplies branded medication only and as they buy it directly, they can offer you competitive prices.

How long the delivery of medication takes?
You can choose the delivery date according to your availabilities. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and Mondays are excluded. If you finish your order on a working day before 1 p.m., the package can be delivered the next day.

How can I pay for my medication?
You will receive an offer by email to review it. Once you agree to that, you will be forwarded to the payment. It´s possible to pay via iDeal or SOFORT – with these payment methods the payment is done immediately. Another option is to make a bank transfer, but in that case there may be 1-2 days between the time of the payment and the moment when Serpha receives the money. To prevent any delays it´s recommended to send print screen of the payment proof to info@serpha.eu so they can prepare your medication package.

How much does the medication cost?
After uploading your prescription, you will receive an offer with exact prices. The prices of all non-prescription products are indicated in the webstore.

Will my order be shipped cool?
Serpha provides refrigerated shipping for medication that must be stored at refrigerator temperature. Therefore it´s very important that someone is available to receive the package on selected day at the delivery address.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost depends on the destination and should not exceed 60 euros (ex VAT) internationally.
