Our Team

Dr. Sedláčková became certified in Allergy and Clinical Immunology (AKI) in 2004. Until 2020, she worked at the hospital Na Homolce as the head physician of the immunology laboratory at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry, Haematology and Immunology. As well as a medical doctor at the Centre for Allergy and Clinical Immunology. Part of her workload included consular activities in the field of AKI for inpatient departments of the hospital. Dr. Sedláčková introduced and developed a comprehensive diagnosis for drug allergies using laboratory, skin and provocation tests. She is also a member of the Czech Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (CSAKI), operating under the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně. Since 2013, she has led the CSAKI Working Group on Drug Allergies. Moreover, Dr. Sedláčková has been a member of the Laboratory Immunology Department Committee in the CSAKI, the European Academy of Allergy & Clinical Immunology and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

Zuzana Ambrusová, MD, graduated from the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Prague in 2003. She began her medical career at the Mělník Hospital, firstly in the internal medicine department and then in the infectious disease department. Since 2006 she has been working in the allergology and clinical immunology clinic at the Mělník Hospital. She obtained her specialization qualification in the field in 2009 and became the chief doctor. She deals with a wide range of allergological and immunological issues. In 2013, she passed the European Examination in Allergology and Clinical Immunology (Certificate of Excellence – Knowledge Examination of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology). The doctor has been working at GENNET since May 2020, when she expanded her practice to care for patients with reproductive problems. Physician Ambrusová is a member of the Czech Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology.

Dr. Karin Černá is a physician at the Department of Allergology and Clinical Immunology at GENNET clinic, where she has worked since 2015. She graduated from the 1^st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague. After graduating in 1992, she joined the Immunology Unit of the Institute of Pulmonary Diseases in Prague at Bulovka Hospital as a secondary physician, from where she moved to the General University Hospital in Prague after two years. She also worked as a secondary doctor at the 1^st Internal Clinic of the General Hospital and the First Medical Faculty, and as a specialist doctor at the Institute of Microbiology of the General Hospital and the First Medical Faculty of Charles University. In 2013-2017 she worked as the head of the Laboratory of Clinical Immunology and Allergology of the Institute of Medical Biochemistry and Laboratory Diagnostics of the General Hospital and the 1^st Medical Faculty of Charles University. Since 2017, she has also worked as a clinical immunologist at the Iscare Clinical Center. She passed the first attestation in internal medicine in 1995, the second specialization attestation in allergology and clinical immunology in 2001.

She is the author and co-author of more than 100 lectures and publications, co-author of 7 monographs, and she has participated in a number of grant projects. She is a member of the Czech Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology of the Czech Medical Association JEP.

MUDr. Jana Vydláková is a physician of the department of allergology and clinical immunology. She also works at the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague at the department of transplantation and clinical immunology. Since 2009, she has been the head physician of the department of immunology and hematology. Dr. Vydláková studied at Charles University in Prague and graduated in general medicine. She obtained a certification in the field of internal medicine, allergology and clinical immunology, as well as a license to perform a leading position. She actively participates in national conferences and teaches at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University.

Andrea Poloučková, MD, has been working at the Department of Allergology and Clinical Immunology since 2020. She is a graduate of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague. In 1999 she passed the certification in the field of Pediatrics, in 2007 she passed the specialization certification in the field of Allergology and Clinical Immunology and in 2010 the European Certification in Allergology and Clinical Immunology (EAACI). After completing her studies, she joined the Faculty Hospital Motol, still working there part-time. In the years 1996 – 2000 she worked as a certified doctor at II. children's clinic UK 2.LF and FN Motol. Since 2000 she has been a certified physician at the Institute of Immunology at the 2nd Faculty of Medicine and Motol University of Applied Sciences. As part of her postgraduate education, she worked in the Department of Bone Marrow Processing and Cryopreservation at the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion in Prague in the years 1996-1998. Since 2017 she has been running the Allergomedia, ltd allergy and immunology clinic for children and adults. In 1999 the doctor won the award of the Hematological Society ČLS JEP for the best lecture by young hematologists in the field of experimental hematology at the XII. Czech and Slovak hematology and transfusion congress with international participation in Olomouc. She is the author and co-author of many articles, publications and lectures, as well as, collaborates on research projects.

MD Tomáš Slisz graduated from the 2nd Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague. He then worked as a physician in the Departments of Allergology and Clinical Immunology at Thomayer Hospital and Pneumology Clinic of the 1st Faculty of Medicine in Prague. During his practice, he successfully passed the board certification in Allergology and Clinical Immunology in 2022. MD Slisz regularly publishes in prestigious local and international scientific journals and gives speeches at domestic and global conferences. He is also involved in education and teaches the future doctors at the 1st Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague. MD Slisz is a member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) and the Czech Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology. We are now proud to say that he joined our team at GENNET clinic in 2023.

Ivana Hrodějová graduated from nursing school in Banská Bystrica with a major in general nursing. She then continued her studies with follow-up courses in ward nursing at the 2nd Surgical Clinic in Prague 2, where she remained working in this field. Since 1995, she has been working with MUDr. David Stejskal as a nurse at Genetic Clinic and in 1998 she completed a two-year course at the IPVZ, which included a specialization exam in Genetics. She has remained working at GENNET Genetic Clinic until now as a head nurse.

Kristýna Stanislav graduated from nursing school in Karviná, specializing as a medical assistant. Subsequently she graduated from the Faculty of Humanities at the Tomas Bata University in Zlín, where she majored in midwifery. When she received her diploma, she continued her studies at the University of Olomouc, where she obtained her master’s degree in the field of “Teaching Professional Courses for Nursing Schools”. After completing her studies in 2013, she worked for 4 years at a clinic in Brno in the plastic surgery department for foreign clients.

She has been working as a nurse since 2013.

Martina Dib is an experienced nurse who has worked for the GENNET clinic in Prague 1 for many years. She gained her work experience both in the Czech Republic and abroad, where she also improved her language skills. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh, where she received a bachelor's degree in nursing.
